Evergreen Technology is not the end business or service provider in most message flows. In many cases, Evergreen Technology processes information on behalf of its clients so those clients can communicate with their own customers or users.

Clients are responsible for the opt-in flows, user relationships, message content, and lawful basis for communications they send using Evergreen Technology tools. 8. Data Retention
Evergreen Technology retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, carrier, and A2P 10DLC obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on client instructions, message type, account status, and applicable requirements.
9. User Choices and Opt-Out
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a message. After an opt-out request is processed, the user may receive a final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent through that messaging program unless the user opts in again.

10. Security
Evergreen Technology uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and alteration.
